The shirts must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors. If you ordered with express/FedEx shipping, that will not be refunded.
HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN
We will provide a full refund (including your original shipping fees, FedEx/express excluded) for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. The items must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors. Fill out the survey on your return form. Include the return form in your package. Place the return label provided, as well as proper postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below. This is not our physical company address. We can not process your return without your invoice#. If you do not know your invoice# please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.
If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it.
